- How long does it take you to make a painting? Totally depends. If it's a one off commission, it could be 6 months to a year, depending on how well we know each other, how quickly we come to an idea, and how much other shit is going on in my life at that time. If it's a series of paintings and I already have a few completed, they can start flowing off the easil every two to three weeks. The efficiency of completion is directly related to the amount of time I have before the deadline.
